Orlando

"Orlando" is a performance based on the my interpretation of the novel of the same name by Virgina Woolf. The performance depicts the plight of a young boy trying to comprehend his own personal dilemma. Through a transformation into a woman, Orlando gains insight into the psyche of both male and female persona. In a timeless space Orlando has to deal with the burden of mixed emotions and searches for a place in which to become his or her real self.

The transition from a boy into a woman happens live on stage to images of Judy Chicago and music by the Thai Artist Tzu Sing.
